💕 Mommy & Me is coming to HCPT!

Have a little one ages 0–12 months? Come move, play, learn, and connect with us at our new Mommy & Me class! 👶🏼💗

Led by a pediatric Doctor of Physical Therapy, this hands-on class will give parents simple, practical ways to support their baby’s movement and development through everyday play.

We’ll explore gross motor milestones, positioning and handling, emerging motor skills, and fun ways to help your little one move, play & grow! 🌟

📅 Mondays beginning October 5th
⏰ 8:00–9:00 AM
💲 $50 per class
🎁 BONUS: Free Gross Motor Screening!

Sometimes the simplest play positions create the biggest opportunities for growth. 💛

A child sitting cross-legged on a platform swing is doing so much more than just having fun! In OT, this position helps build core strength, postural control, balance, body awareness, and bilateral coordination while the gentle movement challenges the vestibular system. It also encourages sustained attention and supports the development of the stable foundation needed for fine motor skills, handwriting, and everyday tasks.

When kids are having fun, they’re often more motivated to try new challenges—and that’s where progress happens! 💙 Every obstacle is a step toward greater confidence and independence.
