🔥If your sciatica keeps coming back, there’s a good chance you’re treating the wrong problem🔥
Read that again.
Sciatica isn’t a diagnosis.
It’s a symptom.
It’s your body’s way of telling you that a nerve is being irritated.
The real question isn’t…
“How do I get rid of the pain?”
The real question is…
“Why is the nerve irritated in the first place?”
Over the last 27 years, I’ve seen people try everything:
• Pain medication
• Injections
• Stretching videos
• Massage guns
• Rest
Sometimes those help.
Sometimes they don’t.
Because if the underlying cause isn’t addressed, the pain often comes right back.
The cause could be:
✔️ A bulging or herniated disc
✔️ Degenerative disc disease
✔️ Spinal stenosis
✔️ Arthritic changes
✔️ A mechanical problem affecting how your spine moves
Each one requires a different approach.
For the right patient, spinal decompression traction can be one of the most effective non-surgical options we have.
By gently reducing pressure on irritated spinal discs and nerves, it may help decrease pain, improve function, and allow the body to heal more effectively.
But here’s the key…
Decompression isn’t the answer for everyone.
That’s why I believe in testing, not guessing.
Before deciding on treatment, you need to understand why the nerve is irritated.
Treat the cause, not just the symptom.
Your spine will thank you for it.
If pain, numbness, or tingling is running down your leg, don’t settle for the label “sciatica.”
Find the reason.
