I’m honored to partner with the 2026 Anchored in Unity event to help bring awareness, support, and connection to our community.

Mental health impacts all of us, our children, teens, parents, couples, friends, and families. Sometimes the most meaningful thing we can do is come together, support one another, and remind people they are not alone.

Whether you’re passionate about mental health, looking for resources, supporting a loved one, or simply wanting to connect with your community, we would love for you to join us for this FREE event.

Healing happens in safe spaces, honest conversations, and community connection. 💚

Infertility Awareness Week 💛

This week holds space for so many stories that often go unseen.

For the longing…
For the waiting…
For the questions with no clear answers…
For the quiet grief that doesn’t always have words…

Infertility is not just physical, it’s emotional, mental, and deeply personal. It can impact identity, relationships, and the way you move through everyday life.

If this is part of your story, please know:
You are not alone.
Your feelings are valid.
And your experience matters.

As both a therapist and someone who has walked this path, I hold space for the complexity of this journey with compassion and without judgment.

You don’t have to carry it all by yourself. 💛

Healing doesn’t always look the way we expect it to.

We often hope therapy will feel like a steady climb, starting low and gradually feeling better. And while that does happen… the reality is a little more human.

There are ups and downs.
Moments of clarity… and moments of feeling stuck again.
Breakthroughs… and hard days where old feelings resurface.

And that’s not failure, that’s the work.

Therapy is where you show up for yourself, even on the messy days. It’s where small wins matter, where growth happens over time, and where healing begins to take root, even when it doesn’t feel linear.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re “not making progress,” I want you to know:
❤️ You are.
❤️ It just doesn’t always feel like it in the moment.

Keep going. Keep showing up. You’re doing more than you think!

One of the most important things we now understand about trauma is that it doesn’t only live in our memories or thoughts. It can also live in the body and nervous system.

Many people try to “think their way” out of anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional pain, yet still feel their body reacting with tension, panic, or shutdown. That’s because our nervous system often holds onto experiences long after the event has passed.

This is why approaches that support the mind-body connection are so powerful. When therapy helps the brain and nervous system process those stored experiences, people often begin to notice shifts not only in their thoughts, but also in how their body feels-calmer, more grounded, and more regulated.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m continually inspired by how integrating brain-based and body-aware approaches can support deeper healing for children, teens, and adults.

Healing is not just about understanding our story.
It’s also about helping the body feel safe again.

Valentine’s Day is often about flowers, chocolates, and celebrating the people we love.

But one of the most powerful forms of love is compassion. ❤️

Compassion is choosing patience over pressure.
Understanding over judgment.
Connection over criticism.

It’s the mom who feels overwhelmed but keeps showing up.
It’s the couple trying to communicate better.
It’s the child learning how to manage big emotions.
It’s the person silently carrying stress and wanting relief.

And it’s also learning how to offer that same compassion to yourself.

If this season has you feeling stretched thin, disconnected, anxious, or simply in need of support, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I currently have limited availability for new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you or your child.

Love isn’t just something we celebrate today.
It’s something we practice every day with compassion. 🫶🏽

One of my favorite things to do in session, especially with teens, is vision board work.

Vision boards give teens a safe, creative way to explore who they are, what they want, and what they are working toward without the pressure of having to say everything perfectly. Sometimes it is easier to cut it out, glue it down, and see it before you can speak it.

I love watching clients realize that their dreams matter, their voice matters, and their future is something they get to shape.

Vision boards support motivation, self esteem, emotional awareness, and goal setting, and they often open the door to deeper conversations about identity, confidence, healing, and hope.

Teens are incredibly insightful when given the right space to express themselves, and this is one of my favorite tools to help them do just that.

If you have a teen who struggles to talk about their feelings, sometimes creativity is the bridge!

Parenting isn’t about controlling every move, it’s about teaching life skills.

Love and Logic reminds us that when we:
✨ Share control instead of power struggles
✨ Allow natural and logical consequences
✨ Offer small choices to build confidence
✨ Give responsibility instead of rescuing
✨ Respond with empathy, not lectures
✨ Encourage problem solving over punishment

…we help our children grow into capable, confident, and resilient humans.

And let’s be honest, this kind of parenting can feel really hard, especially when we weren’t raised this way ourselves. Many of us are learning a whole new language of parenting while healing our own inner child at the same time.

I’m a mom too, and I won’t pretend it comes easily all the time. Some days are hard. Some moments are messy. And I’m still learning right alongside my kids.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being present, consistent, and compassionate.

If parenting feels overwhelming sometimes, you’re not alone. You’re doing better than you think! ❤️

The holidays are officially over, and many of us are easing our way back into routines, school schedules, work, practices, and full calendars again.

This is also a gentle reminder to get back into your therapy routine too. The same way we take care of our homes, jobs, and families… our mind and nervous system need tending as well.

If you’re feeling ready to:
• let the past be the past
• connect your mind and body
• learn tools to calm anxiety
• live a more grounded, connected life

I am currently accepting new clients.

This cozy little space is where we do the work — talking, breathing, processing, laughing, sometimes crying… and healing.

If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to walk alongside you this year. 🫶🏽

Wearing my EMPATHY sweatshirt proudly today because wow… the holidays are a lot. 😅
Everyone’s running around trying to get gifts, plan meals, keep kids happy, meet expectations and underneath all that, so many people are carrying things we don’t see.

A little reminder to slow down and give each other some grace. You never know who’s missing someone, feeling overwhelmed, or just trying to hold it together this time of year.

Empathy goes a long way, even a smile, a patient tone, or a moment of understanding can make someone’s whole day a little lighter. 💛✨

Be kind to yourself and others. We’re all doing our best.
