Five years ago, we opened our doors with one simple mission: to provide exceptional, evidence-based physical therapy while treating every patient like family.

What started as a dream has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined—and it's all because of YOU.

Over the past five years, we've been honored to:
🏥 Welcome thousands of patients through our doors.
✨ Move into our beautiful newly renovated clinic, creating a space designed to better serve our community.
🏫 Become trusted therapy providers for Hot Springs County School District #1, helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom.
🧸 Partner with the Children's Resource Center, providing therapy services that help children reach developmental milestones.
👶 Partner with Community Home Health to serve our wonderful geriatric population be independent within their homes
🏡 Expand our services to include home health, pediatric therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic health, lymphedema treatment, dry needling, wellness programs, and more.

Help us welcome our new PTA, Alyssa Keller! Alyssa has years of experience in outpatient clinic and hospital setting. She comes to us from Worland.

"I was born and raised in Wyoming-- I love everything the outdoors and ever-changing weather have to offer. I am married to my high school sweetheart and I spend most of my time chasing my 3 boys and my bloodhound, Gerty. I love being active, exercising and trying hard to help my patients find a love for movement while working together. I am excited to spend a little time in Thermopolis and get to know the people." -Alyssa
