First ever NPC Workshop in Thibodaux has come to an end and we are to reflect on how we landed here……
Nearly 50 years ago, Tom Larousse opened the doors to Larousse’s Gym — and started something neither of us could have known would still be growing today.
Every rep, every rack, every life that’s walked through Lifted’s doors stands on a foundation someone else poured long before us. We didn’t start this. We inherited it. We manage it under someone way bigger than us. 🙏
God’s hand has been on this story for generations — quietly working through the people, the setbacks, and the sweat that came before we ever showed up. Lifted isn’t just a gym. It’s a torch passed. A mission. A way of living 🙏💪
To everyone who built, believed, and showed up before us — thank you. And to this community now — thank you for trusting us to keep the mission going.
