A little change of pace this fall, with a lot of gratitude.
As we move into fall 2026, the schedule at Prana Wellness is going to look a little different for the next few months, and I wanted to share why.
This season is a particularly special one for our studio family. Both myself, Jenna, and MaKenzye are preparing to welcome our first babies around the same time! It has been such an honor to continue teaching, moving, and showing up alongside all of you throughout our pregnancies. But as we enter this next chapter, it is time for both of us to slow down, listen to our bodies, and make space for our growing families.
So, what does this mean for Prana?
Our Original Studio and our phenomenal instructors will continue offering a handful of classes throughout the season. The schedule may be a little lighter and look different than what you’re used to, but there will still be opportunities to move, breathe, connect, and practice together.
The studio location that hosts our Reformer Pilates classes will temporarily pause Reformer sessions while I take leave. My final Reformer classes before leave will be Tuesday, September 15th.
I know this may be a change for many of you, especially those who have made Reformer Pilates part of your regular routine. I hope you’ll see this season as an invitation to come to the mat and maybe open the door to a new way of moving. There is so much value in exploring different practices and caring for our bodies in different ways.
Writing this has brought some very excited, but nervous, tears to my eyes. To all of the connections we’ve built so far, please know I will truly miss each and every one of you while I’m gone for a bit.
And please remember: THIS IS TEMPORARY. Reformer Pilates is not going anywhere, and neither am I.
At this time, I don’t have a specific return date planned. Both MaKenzye and I want to practice what we so often encourage our clients to do: listen to our bodies. We will take the time we need to recover, adjust to motherhood, and be fully present with our families before deciding when it feels right to return.
I am incredibly grateful for your understanding, patience, and continued support during this season of change. Prana Wellness has always been about more than the classes themselves. It is about creating a space where we can honor the season of life we’re in, meet ourselves wherever we are, and remember that wellness isn’t always about doing more.
Sometimes, wellness means slowing down.
Thank you for allowing us the space to do exactly that.
We can’t wait to continue moving with you, just in a slightly different way for a little while.
With the utmost gratitude,
Jenna xoxo
