Join us this Tuesday, 3/31 from 7-8:30pm for a Meditation Gathering with Sarah Johnson! The first of hopefully a monthly pay-what-you-will offering 🧘‍♂️

Come together to review basic meditation techniques, engage in a period of silent meditation and a guided heart-opening meditation practice. All meditation levels are welcome.

Sarah Johnson has practiced Insight meditation for over 15 years. She began teaching meditation in Tucker County, West Virginia in 2011. After moving to Colorado in 2013, she served as an active member and teacher with the Insight Meditation Community in Boulder. Sarah’s teaching style is influenced by Thich Nhat Hanh, Tara Brach, James Baraz, Devin Berry, and personal experiences with Mother Nature. She also had the opportunity to work closely with James Baraz during two month-long retreats at Spirit Rock Meditation Center in Woodacre, California. Sarah warmly welcomes new and experienced meditators to gather as a community to practice together.

Our Sunday evening Community Class is back! Join us Sunday evenings for as little as $5! Each week will feature a different instructor putting on a class in the style of their choosing, with a portion of proceeds going towards a cause of their choosing. Be sure to read the description of each session to know what kind of session you can expect, and who the recipient of funds will be that week.

First up this Sunday, 2/22, is Erica, with a Flow + Let Go offering, with a portion of proceeds going towards Tucker United. Read on to learn more about what to expect on this type of class!

Experience the perfect balance of movement and stillness with our Flow & Let Go yoga class. Begin with a Vinyasa practice to build heat and strength, flowing seamlessly through poses with synchronized breath. Then, transition into restorative postures designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and rejuvenate the mind and body. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a harmonious blend of energy and tranquility, allowing you to both invigorate and unwind. Join us to flow - moving and breathing together - and then let go into blissful relaxation.

Join us this Sunday at 5pm for a FREE Winter Solstice Celebration. Come for an extended yoga practice, stay for a potluck and drum circle!

Winter solstice has long been recognized as the first day of winter and is the shortest, darkest day of the year. It occurs when the Northern Hemisphere is furthest from the sun. This year, this auspicious shift in light is celebrated on December 21, after which the days begin to get longer.

The winter solstice teaches us about resilience and hope in the face of darkness. It reminds us that the sun rises again even after the longest night, bringing new beginnings and brighter days. Please join Elena for the Winter Solstice celebration to reflect on your inner light and the continuous cycle of growth and renewal. The celebration is open and free to the public.

This is a free community-based class, but please sign up ahead of time so we know how to prepare the space. This year we’re putting on a potluck, so stay after class to share some food in community.
