We often surround ourselves with toxic people for reasons we can't explain. We may be drawn to the darkness and chaos these people bring to our lives because of our own learned or innate dysfunction.

Instead, seek out people who build you up, treat you with respect and don't cast judgement even when they see you in your darkest moments.
