Well, It is a new year and it is time to practice more of what I "know." I am going to use my knowledge to get healthy and lose weight. I will post here periodically to let you know how I'm doing. Between the first of the year and now I am down 17.3 pounds. Now in the beginning that is easy to do cuz it is a lot of water weight. So lets see how this month finishes out. I have to fly to a training soon and want to be down a total of 30 pounds by the day I put my butt in that narrow airline seat.I am using the Trim Life program which allows each person to personalize the lifestyle and diet that are right for them. Personally, I want a healthy brain so living a more ketogenic lifestyle is what I'm working towards. I will try to check in weekly or maybe monthly, to let you know how it is going.
