📸 Happy Friday from the Garden Unit at Skylake Post Acute! 💙

Our residents and Social Worker, Chrystal, spent some time today sharing laughs and making memories while playing with Snapchat filters. From silly faces to hilarious transformations, there was no shortage of smiles and laughter!

We love finding fun and creative ways to connect, engage, and brighten our residents’ days. Sometimes the best moments are the simplest ones. 😊

Zumba class was absolutely BUMPING at Skylake Post Acute as our residents and team grooved and moved to “Wild Thing” together! So much energy, laughter, and fun in the Garden Unit this week. ✨
Catch us every Thursday for music, movement, and a whole lot of smiles. We love keeping our residents active while making memories and having a blast together! ❤️

🎡🎉 We wrapped up Nursing Home Week at Skylake Post Acute with the ultimate carnival celebration! From carnival games and popcorn 🍿 to a dunk tank splash zone 💦 and a delicious dirty soda bar 🥤, there was fun around every corner!

A special thank you to Elevation Hospice of Colorado for sponsoring our dirty soda bar and helping add an extra sweet touch to the day! We are so appreciative of our incredible team, community partners, and everyone who helped make the celebration such a success. ❤️

So many smiles, laughs, and unforgettable memories made together — the perfect way to close out an amazing Nursing Home Week! 🎠✨

Join us on Saturday, May 16 at 9:00 AM at Van Bibber Open Space (5575 Ward Rd, Arvada, CO 80003) as we walk and run to support clean water projects in Congo through World Vision — the global leader in bringing clean water to communities around the world.

Every registration fee directly supports providing clean water access to communities in need. Together, we can make a difference one step at a time!

It takes a strong and dedicated leader to keep a building running smoothly while supporting both residents and staff—and Grady does just that every single day. His leadership, compassion, and commitment to our team help make Skylake Post Acute such a special place.

We are truly grateful for everything he does behind the scenes and on the front lines to ensure the best care and environment for everyone in our community.

💃🕺 Zumba Fun at Skylake Post Acute! 🕺💃

The energy was high and the smiles were even bigger during our recent Zumba activity at Skylake Post Acute! Residents got moving to lively music, and the room was filled with laughter, rhythm, and great company. 🎶✨

What made the day even more special was having family members join in the fun! Seeing everyone dancing together created such a joyful atmosphere and reminded us how meaningful these shared moments can be. 💙

From simple steps to big dance moves, everyone participated in their own way—and the result was an afternoon full of movement, connection, and happiness.

Thank you to all the residents and families who joined us. We can’t wait for the next dance session! 🎉

🎶🕺 LIVE MUSIC + LOTS OF MOVES AT SKYLAKE! 💃🎤

We turned up the volume and turned OUT the dance floor at Skylake Post Acute this week! 🎉

Our residents and staff alike were getting down, clapping along, and yes — even showing off some serious dance moves! From toe tapping to full-on boogieing in the aisles, the energy was contagious and the smiles were nonstop. 💙

There’s just something special about live music bringing everyone together — lifting spirits, sparking memories, and creating moments that matter.

Huge thank you to our incredible performer for filling our building with rhythm and joy. We can’t wait to do it again! 🎸✨

🐾 UPDATE! Our Friend Has Been Returned to Their Family🐾

🐾FOUND FRIEND ALERT! 🐾

Well… it looks like we have a surprise guest who walked right into our facility and stole a few hearts along the way 💕🐶

This sweet pup wandered into our building today and appears to be lost. We want to make sure they get safely reunited with their family as soon as possible!

❤️ Current Status: Safe, loved on, and being well cared for while we search for their people
