Oakbrook Health & Rehabilitation is a 58-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Thorp, Wisconsin. Oakbrook Health & Rehabilitation offers both short and long-term care to individuals with physician orders for nursing and rehabilitation services. Additional services like respite and hospice care are available as well. We’re known for our friendly and competent staff, led by industry exp

Residents spent a wonderful afternoon reminiscing about fall baking, favorite recipes, and the comforting scents of autumn. The fun continued with a scent guessing game that brought out plenty of memories and smiles. Everyone wrapped up the afternoon by making their own scented sachets to bring that cozy fall feeling right into their rooms! ❤️🍂
