If you’ve ever thought…

“Why can’t I just stick to it?”

I want you to know something:

💛 You are not failing. Your body may simply be asking for support.

For years, I thought I just needed more willpower. I tried eating less, starting over every Monday, and blaming myself when cravings won.

Everything started to change when I stopped focusing on eating less and started focusing on supporting my metabolism.

That meant:
✨ Prioritizing fiber
💪 Eating more protein
💧 Staying hydrated
🚶‍♀️ Moving my body consistently
🩸 Supporting stable blood sugar

The Feel Great System became part of that routine, and over the past several months I’ve personally experienced:
✔️ Less food noise
✔️ More steady energy
✔️ Fewer cravings
✔️ 27+ pounds lost
✔️ My A1C returning to a normal range
✔️ Improved cholesterol

No crash diets.
No perfection.
Just small habits that I could actually stick with.

If you’re tired of feeling like you’re constantly fighting your body, comment RESET and I’ll send you the details of the routine that’s been working for me. 💙

Individual results vary. My experience reflects my personal results alongside healthy nutrition, movement, and other lifestyle changes.

Vacation with the family means three things are guaranteed: lots of laughs, lots of food… and someone asking, “What are we eating next?” 😂🌴

I’m not stressing about sticking to my normal routine this week. Instead, I’m looking for little opportunities to move throughout the day.

Today’s workout? ✔️ Walking from house to house and down to the lake ✔️ Swimming ✔️ Accidentally joining the kids for what can only be described as water aerobics. 😅💦

It doesn’t have to be a perfect workout to count. Vacation is for making memories, and a little movement just helps me enjoy every minute of it.

What kind of “accidental exercise” have you gotten on vacation? 😂👇

One of the biggest misconceptions about low-carb eating is that once you start one way, you’re stuck there forever.

The truth? As your metabolic health improves and your insulin sensitivity gets better, your carb tolerance often improves too.

The goal isn’t to eat as few carbs as possible.

🎯 The goal is to find the amount of healthy carbohydrates that helps YOU feel your best, supports healthy labs, gives you energy, and is sustainable for life.

There’s no trophy for eating the fewest carbs. 🏆😂

There is a reward for finding a lifestyle you can actually enjoy and maintain.

➡️ Part 4 is next, where I’ll show you what Strict, Moderate, and Liberal Low-Carb actually look like!

Breaking my fast starts here. 🌱💪

One simple habit has made a huge difference for me. Pairing fiber with my meals has helped me stay full, support my blood sugar, and build a routine I can actually stick to.

My personal results so far:
✨ Down 27 pounds
✨ Reversed my insulin resistance
✨ More energy
✨ Better labs
✨ Feeling stronger every week

Small habits really do add up. ❤️

🚨 Stop comparing your carbs to someone else’s.

Your body deserves a personalized approach—not a copy of your neighbor’s meal plan.

In Part 2, we’re talking about the clues that can help you determine the best place to start.

👇 Have you ever felt overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition advice online?

07/14/2026

Have you noticed how nutrition advice seems to contradict itself?

One person says to avoid carbs completely. Another says to eat all the whole grains you want.

The truth is that your ideal carbohydrate intake depends on your metabolic health. The goal isn’t to fear carbs or chase the lowest number possible—it’s to find the amount that helps your body thrive.

In Part 2, we’ll talk about the factors that can help you determine the best place to start.

👇 Have you ever felt confused by all the conflicting advice about carbs?

This weekend was full… and honestly, I loved every minute of it. 💙

⚽️ Spain vs. Belgium
⚾️ Baseball team party
🍔 Sunday Fun Day with friends
⛪️ Sunday Mass with the family
🚶‍♀️ Late-night treadmill walk

Normally I would’ve looked at a weekend like this and thought, “I’ll just get back on track Monday.”

But this time was different.

I still got my steps in (without even trying), still prioritized my protein, drank my fiber before meals, enjoyed my treats guilt-free, and kept showing up in small ways.

That’s what I’ve learned over the last several months:

You don’t need a perfect routine.
You need habits that are flexible enough to fit your real life.

Because life is meant to be lived—not paused until your health journey is over. ❤️

What’s one healthy habit you kept this weekend? 👇

Sometimes the hardest part of working out isn’t the workout… it’s convincing yourself to start. 😅

I successfully procrastinated ALL. DAY.

Then my sweet husband cleared out a space in our room so I could work out in the air conditioning. ❤️

Very thoughtful.

Unfortunately… now I have absolutely no excuse, and I’m lifting weights at 8:30 PM instead of watching my show. 😂

Turns out consistency isn’t about feeling motivated—it’s about keeping the promises you make to yourself, even when you’d rather be on the couch.

Now excuse me while I go earn my TV time. 💪

We often think of muscles as something that just helps us look “toned.”

But they’re doing so much more behind the scenes.

💪 They use energy all day long.
🩸 They help support healthy blood sugar.
✔️ They improve insulin sensitivity.
🦴 They support stronger bones.
⚖️ They improve balance.
🛒 They make everyday life easier.

That’s why I don’t lift weights just to change how I look.

I lift because I’m investing in the woman I want to be 20 years from now.

Strong isn’t a size.
It’s a lifestyle.

💛 Small Habits • Big Glow

Save this for someone who needs a reminder that strength training is about so much more than building muscle.
