We recently caught up with Executive Chef Daniel picking fresh herbs and drawing inspiration for meals made with local ingredients.

Along the way, he met a gorgeous garden visitor: a praying mantis! 🦗

With 50 years of safe flying, Ceci has mentored hundreds of students, especially young women, inspiring the next generation to take to the skies.
