After almost 11 incredible years, we’re saying goodbye to Samantha who has been such a special part of our Summit Health Group family.

We are so grateful for all the hard work, dedication, laughter, and memory she has brought to our practice over the years. She has truly made an impact on our team and our patients, and we’re going to miss her more than words can say!

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re so excited to see what this next chapter brings for her. We wish her nothing but happiness, success, and all the best and what’s ahead! ❤️
