Do you have perfect posture?🐾

It’s back to school month and time to schedule your family spinal check ups.

Did you know that a British study found that one child in 10 show signs of that problems before puberty!
At the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America MRI scans of 154 10 year-olds showed 14 children had significant disc degeneration on their MRI scan yet never reported any back pain.

As kids head back to school, their posture matters more than ever.
Long hours sitting in class, heavy backpacks, and extra screen time can put a lot of stress on a growing spine, leading to aches now and bigger problems later.
Proper posture helps kids:
• Protect their growing bones, joints, and muscles
• Focus better and feel more confident
• Reduce headaches, neck, and back pain now and in the future.
👉 Back-to-school tip:
Schedule a spinal/posture check-up as part of your child’s yearly health routine. Early checks can spot issues like scoliosis and postural imbalances before they cause pain or affect sports and daily activities.

🎒 Watch for signs such as:
• One shoulder higher than the other
• Slouching or “text neck”
• Complaints of back or neck pain after school or screen time.
Healthy spines = happier, more active kids.

Call our office at 805-375-4715 to schedule your child’s back‑to‑school spinal check and posture assessment.
Appointments available on Monday and Wednesday from 12:00-6:00 p.m.

Liberty is one of life’s greatest gifts- often most appreciated when we pause to reflect on it.
The freedom to speak, to dream, to choose our path, to gather with those we love and to build a life of purpose is a privilege worth protecting and never taking for granted.

Today, I am grateful for those who have made sacrifices so future generations could live with opportunity and hope. 🇺🇸
America is the birthplace of Chiropractic. Built on the principle of health care freedom, human potential and respect for the body’s innate ability to function, adapt and thrive.
In honoring America’s founding ideals, let’s stand firm on patient choices, providing access to the role that chiropractic serves in the health of our nation.

58 Years Young & Still Moving Strong! 🎉

As I celebrate another trip around the sun, here’s a reminder that age is just a number when you take care of your spine and body.

✨ 3 Simple Longevity Tips for your low back.
• Move your spine daily — even a 10-minute walk helps.
• Stretch regularly — “motion is lotion” for your joints.
• Stay hydrated — your discs depend on it.

🧘 Try This: Perform 5 gentle Cat-Cow stretches each morning to keep your spine mobile and flexible.

Daily knee chest stretches before you get out of bed.
Right knee in and hold for 5 deep breaths followed by the left then both. Feel this deep in your spine with your breath as you activate your lower back muscles.

Hip flexor stretch to activate your iliopsoas muscles.

Your spine is designed to move. The more you care for it today, the better it can support you tomorrow.

Here’s to healthy movement, flexibility, and vitality at every age! 💙

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes. I am grateful for all of you. 🙏😘

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mothers, grandmothers, aunts, bonus moms, and matriarchs whose love shapes generations. 🌷
This year Mother’s Day feels especially emotional and meaningful for me.
My cousin — who we lost far too soon last month at just 62 — shares his birthday and his first son’s bday on Mother’s Day this year. So while my heart carries grief and nostalgia, it also carries immense gratitude for every memory, every lesson, every laugh, and every moment of love he gave.

Life has a way of reminding us at the same time how fragile and how precious it all is.
As a mom, I feel deeply thankful today — for the privilege of loving, guiding, protecting, learning, and growing right alongside my children. Motherhood is humbling, stretching, exhausting, beautiful, and sacred all at once… and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Sending love today to those celebrating, those grieving, those remembering, and those quietly holding it together. May we honor the women who came before us by living fully, loving deeply, and appreciating the gift of time with the people we cherish most. 💕

April is National Stress Awareness Month — and it’s the perfect reminder that how your body feels directly impacts how you show up every day.
Stress doesn’t just live in your mind — it shows up in your body as tension, tightness, fatigue, and pain. Over time, that stress can limit your movement, decrease your performance, and drain your energy.
That’s where chiropractic care comes in.
✨ Chiropractic adjustments help:
• Reduce physical tension and stress
• Relieve pain and discomfort
• Improve mobility and function
• Reset your nervous system so your body can perform at its best
When your body is aligned, you move better, think clearer, and feel more like yourself again.
We’ve seen it firsthand with our outcalls at Boccaccio’s — when the team feels good, everything elevates. Energy improves, focus sharpens, and performance naturally follows. A healthy team is a high-performing team.
Take care of your body — it’s the foundation for everything you do.

Adjusting life… one spine at a time ⚓️✨
Grateful to be practicing chiropractic care in one of the most beautiful settings this week—aboard yachts in Palm Beach. Whether on land or at sea, the mission stays the same: restoring alignment, optimizing performance, and helping people feel their absolute best.
Travel, long days, and life on the water can take a toll on the body—but with the right care, your body is designed to adapt, heal, and thrive.
Here’s to health, movement, and living fully—wherever you are 🌴🛥️

Enjoying a beautiful sunrise in Sedona.❤️
Although the month of February ended, heart health is about more than just one system… It is influenced by lifestyle and care.
In the words of Mickey Mantle “If I knew I was going to live this long, I would’ve taken better care of myself.”
