Wellness is about more than healthy choices. It's about creating opportunities to learn, connect, and thrive every day.
That's why we're excited to introduce BALANCED, our exclusive nutrition and lifestyle program that explores the connection between food, fitness, and longevity to support whole-person wellness.
Each month, residents at LakeHouse Three Rivers will discover a new superfood and its benefits for brain health, heart health, physical vitality, and overall well-being.
This month we profile olives. We talked about benefits of eating them, is heart health.
