Recovery isn't always a straight line. Some days you'll notice big improvements, and other days it may feel like nothing is changing at all... that's often a normal part of the healing process.

One of the best things you can do after surgery is keep your follow-up appointments and don't hesitate to ask questions along the way. We'd much rather hear from you about a concern that turns out to be normal than have you spend days worrying at home!

A lot of people assume laser treatments are completely off-limits during the summer, but that's not always the case. 👀

Following a laser treatment, your skin is more sensitive to UV exposure, so wearing sunscreen daily, avoiding prolonged direct sun, and following your post-treatment instructions are all essential.

If you have a beach vacation coming up or plan to spend a lot of time outdoors, it may be better to schedule your treatment after those plans to allow for proper healing and the best possible results.
