The facility is conveniently located less than a mile from Tift Regional Medical Center. The facility also accepts referrals from hospitals in the South Georgia and North Florida area. Harborview Tifton is perfect for all residents’ needs, ranging from simple assistance with daily living, short term rehabilitation to the most medically complex requirements.

🪙 Penny Pitching was a penny-tastic hit! 👏 Would you have the aim to win a prize? Tell us in the comments!

Our residents had a great time tossing pennies onto the game board and seeing which prize was waiting underneath the cup where their penny landed. 🩵 From lucky tosses to plenty of laughs, the activity brought friendly competition, excitement, and lots of smiles.

We love creating fun activities that keep our residents engaged, entertained, and making wonderful memories together! ✨
