Say hello to Dr. Khaleed Alston, ND — a Morehouse grad, former educator, and naturopathic doctor redefining what it means to care for patients in the modern age.
His work blends metabolic medicine, tech innovation, and heart-centered care.

His specialties include weight loss, diabetes, performance optimization, and longevity — all rooted in the belief that health should feel personal, not clinical.

Say hello to Dr. Warren Okuns — a board-certified family physician and certified obesity medicine specialist known for his kindness, active listening, and thoughtful care. 🩺✨

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Okuns earned his medical degree in 2005 and has practiced in emergency, hospital, and outpatient settings across the Caribbean, Florida, and Oregon. Since 2011, he’s called the Portland area home and brings a wealth of experience to our team at Southwest Family Physicians.

He’s also a provider in the Oregon Medical Weight Loss Program, where he partners with patients to create personalized plans focused on lifestyle changes and, when appropriate, medication support to help them reach their health goals.
