Here's what the actual PEMF timeline looks like for most people:
Week 1-2: The "Is This Working?" Phase. Better sleep is usually the first sign. You fall asleep easier. You wake up less. You feel more rested. Muscle soreness after workouts reduces noticeably. You start to relax deeper during sessions.
Week 3-4: The "Holy Crap, Something's Changing" Phase. Chronic pain that's been constant for months or years starts backing off. Not gone, but noticeably better. You recover from exercise faster. You have more consistent energy. The inflammation that made mornings miserable starts calming down.
Month 2-3: The "This Is Actually Working" Phase. Pain that used to be a 7-8 out of 10 is now a 3-4. Inflammation flare-ups are less frequent and less severe. You're sleeping deeper than you have in years. Your mobility improves. You start forgetting about your pain for hours at a time—something that seemed impossible before.
Month 6+: The "Why Did I Wait So Long?" Phase. This is where PEMF becomes non-negotiable. Your body has adapted to consistent cellular support. Pain management is sustainable. Recovery is predictable. You look back at who you were 6 months ago and barely recognize that person.
