Happy holidays! Thanksgiving is just around the corner so we figured it was probably a good time to post some reminders for the end of the year.

📅 The last day we will be in the office for the year is December 18th. Please give us a call if you'd like to get on the schedule before next year! We will be back to regular hours starting on January 5th.

💊 If you need a supplement or prescription that may run out when we are out of the office, please let us know by December 4th to ensure we have time to order those items.

🩺 Open enrollment for marketplace health plans has begun. We will be remaining in network with Regence (Blue Cross Blue Shield) and also Careoregon.

Happy December! It is wild how fast the year has gone and we hope it has gone well for everyone. A few notes for patients as we near the end of the year. We are out of the office for the last couple weeks of the year. Our last day in the office is December 18th and we return on January 2nd.

🌿 Our last supplement order of the year will be placed this week. Please let us know by December 5th if you need any supplements.

💊 If you need prescription refills while we are out of the office, please contact us by December 12th to ensure there is no disruption to your prescription.
