🌿 Finding My Way Back to Me 🌿

Last summer, I found myself in a tough place—emotionally drained, overwhelmed, and turning to food for comfort. In just four months, I gained 28 pounds, and my stress was through the roof. I felt out of control, and honestly, it was a scary place to be.

Fast forward to today, and while life hasn’t magically gotten easier (in fact, some challenges have intensified), I feel SO much better—physically, mentally, and emotionally. What changed? Three key things that have helped me reclaim my energy, manage stress, and feel stronger than ever:

✨ Red Light Therapy – This has been a game changer! It uses photobiomodulation to support cellular function, helping my body release stress and toxins naturally. Less inflammation, less pain, and an overall sense of well-being.

✨ Lifewave Patches – I’ve been using these incredible patches for over three years, and when combined with red light therapy, they take healing to another level. They use light to activate my body's natural ability to heal, boosting my energy and reducing discomfort.
