Update on Steve: He is back home. Clinic will resume normal hours starting Thursday 1p-5p. Hours may vary here moving forward due to Steve's schedule. If your needing a appointment please call tomorrow and we can start scheduling for next week.

Update: The clinic will continue to remain closed for the time being. We are able to do some DOT physicals as of right now. We are unaware if we will be open next week at this time. We will have an update by Tuesday if the clinic we will returning to normal hours next week. Please keep Steve in your thoughts and prayers and have a good rest of the week into the weekend.

Dr. Steve will not be in the clinic Monday, he was admitted into the hospital over the weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience on anyone who has appointments on Monday Shane will be calling people to reschedule Sunday and Monday morning. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Posting this as a FYI to all our patients....Stephen will be on vacation from July 27th-July 31st and he will return to normal hours on August 3rd. If you are needing refills or need your follow up appts please make sure you call to get your appts before that week. No one will be in the office to answer calls that week. Just a kindly reminder to those coming to us for Fed Ex or Formfox DOTs please call our clinic to confirm appts or to set up appts. Just cause FedEx or whatever company set up your appt does not mean they spoke directly to us. Please take time to call and confirm your appt is set up. Please do not be rude to Staff about your mistake on not calling to confirm. We do not accept Walk-Ins for DoT physicals appointment are required for these type of appointments. Thank you.

We are accepting new patients we take most insurances INCLUDING Medicaid(only Medicaid we do not accept currently is BCBS).

Give us a call if you have any questions. 217-703-1359. Ask for Shane or Celia and we can answer any questions you may have.

We also do DOT physicals $100 for the physical.

Hours varies daily due to the providers schedule but we can accommodate most for scheduling.
