Our mission is to optimize movement and overall wellness through chiropractic care and rehabilitation, helping each patient avoid unnecessary surgeries and medications through individualized care

Most shoulder rehab starts in open-chain positions before the body has the stability to control movement.

But the shoulder doesn’t function independently.
It relies on trunk stability, rib cage position, breathing mechanics, scapular control, and proper centration through the entire kinetic chain.

That’s why we often go back to developmental positions used in DNS.

The turning pattern helps restore closed-chain stability and teaches the body how to organize movement from the core outward — instead of forcing the shoulder to compensate on its own.

Once the system can stabilize and centrate properly, we can progressively build strength and transition into more demanding open-chain exercises safely.

You can’t build durable strength on top of compensation patterns.
First create stability. Then create capacity.

Knee pain isn’t always a strength problem.
It’s often a loading and control problem.

If you keep training through compensation patterns, the knee continues to absorb stress it was never meant to handle.

First: restore centration and stability.
Then: progressively overload the system correctly.

Teach the body how to load properly — or the pain keeps coming back.
Your body always finds a way to complete the movement.
The question is: what’s paying the price for it?”

Not all “adjustments” are the same.

If you’ve been dealing with disc issues, sciatica, or stubborn low back pain, this is where precision matters.

Cox Flexion-Distraction + spinal decompression = gentle, targeted unloading of the spine to reduce pressure, restore motion, and help your body actually heal.

No aggressive twisting. No guessing. Just results-driven care.

DM me if you’re tired of temporary relief and want a real solution.

Stop looking at the ceiling! 🛑 If you want a squat that actually protects your spine, we need to talk about Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS).

In this video, you’ll notice two common “power leaks”:

Cervical Hyperextension: Looking up might feel natural, but it breaks the kinetic chain and creates tension in the neck.

Anterior Pelvic Tilt: Arching the low back causes the “ribs to flare,” losing that essential core canister.

The Fix: Think of your torso as a cylinder. You want your ribs stacked directly over your pelvis. Maintain a neutral gaze to keep your spine long from tailbone to crown. This alignment allows for optimal intra-abdominal pressure, keeping your back safe and your squat strong.

This weekend warrior has completely stopped doing squats because of how painful they have become; it doesn’t have to be that way!

DM if you want your squat assessed!

Degenerative discs don’t always mean surgery.

Spinal decompression combined with flexion-distraction therapy helps gently reduce pressure on the discs, improve mobility, and decrease nerve irritation.

The goal isn’t just temporary relief — it’s restoring motion and creating a better environment for the spine to heal.

Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia (HSP) is a rare neurological condition that affects movement, muscle tone, and walking. While there is currently no cure, that doesn’t mean there’s nothing we can do.

Our goal is to help this patient manage the secondary issues that come with HSP — especially low back and hip pain caused by altered movement patterns, muscle tightness, and compensation over time.

By improving joint mobility, reducing tension, and supporting better function, we can help improve comfort, mobility, and quality of life.

Healthcare isn’t always about curing a condition. Sometimes it’s about helping people move better, feel better, and live better despite it.

Shockwave therapy works by stimulating your body’s natural healing response ⚡️

It helps break down scar tissue, increase blood flow to injured areas, and reduce pain—without injections or medications 💉🚫

At the cellular level, shockwave can increase stem cell activity to support tissue regeneration 🧬

We use it alongside rehab and movement—not as a standalone fix.

Heal better, not just faster.

Avoiding your pain won’t magically make it disappear.
Pain changes when you change how your body moves, loads, and recovers.

Before we load, stretch, or strengthen—we check your breathing 🫁

Breathing well = belly breathing, not chest breathing.
Chest breathing drives tension and poor posture.
Belly breathing improves posture, core stability, and movement quality 💪

For athletes, that means:
🏃‍♂️ better mechanics
🏋️‍♀️ cleaner lifts
⚡️ stronger force transfer
🚫 fewer compensations & injuries

Rehab starts with the foundation.
