Dr. David earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and medical degree from Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He then completed an integrated residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC).

Meet Dr. Kenneth C. Kneessy, a dual-fellowship-trained plastic and reconstructive surgeon specializing in breast reconstruction, burn and microsurgical procedures, and facial and body aesthetic surgery.

Dr. Kneessy earned his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo College of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at New York Hospital Medical Center, followed by a burn fellowship at Westchester County Medical Center and plastic surgery fellowship at Temple University.

After facing the profound emotional and physical toll of breast cancer and reconstructive surgery, Jennifer transformed her personal recovery into a mission of service.

As a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist, she founded Warrior Workouts, creating a sanctuary where fellow breast cancer survivors can rebuild their strength, regain their confidence, and restore their independence.

Nominated by Dr. Kenneth Kneessy, Jennifer has been selected as a 2026 Patient of Courage Honoree. She will be formally recognized for her advocacy and strength during the Opening Ceremony at PSTM 2026 on Friday, October 16.

Her journey stands as a powerful reminder that healing extends far beyond medical care. We honor Jennifer’s dedication to uplifting others and enduring message that no survivor must walk the path to recovery alone.
