Healing Springs Ranch is a residential treatment facility for addiction, mental health and trauma treatment. Worth, and 80 minutes Northeast of D/F.W.

Healing Springs Ranch is located approximately 1 hour north of downtown Dallas, 1 hour east of Ft. International Airport in the quaint town of Tioga, Tx. Our newly remodeled center lies on 50 acres in the heart of Texas quarter horse ranch country. The main lodge and residences surround our beautiful private lake and offer fantastic views of both the lake and our 9-hole par3 golf course.

Our CEO and Co-Founder, Rachel Graham, knows what it’s like to carry a secret.

In 2013, her life came apart in about 24 hours. Lies surfaced. Trust broke. One hard thing came after another. Then she came home to find her house flooded, and something in her snapped. She fell to her knees in two inches of water and screamed at God.

That was her secret. Not that she was angry, but that she’d been hiding her anger from God, afraid of what would happen if she admitted it.

Opening up about it changed everything, and it led her to the work she does today at Healing Springs Ranch.

In her TEDx talk, Rachel explores the “lockbox” we all carry, the secrets we keep from others and from ourselves. She shares what those secrets cost us, the difference between guilt and shame, why shame sits at the root of most addictive behaviors, and the freedom that comes from finally opening the box.
