We're growing! Impact Compounding is adding a full-time Pharmacy Technician to our team.

If you're detail-driven, love hands-on work, and want to learn a specialty most pharmacy techs never get to touch, this could be the job for you!

🧪 What You'll Do
• Compound non-sterile preparations (creams, capsules, troches, suspensions, and more) following USP and our SOPs
• Support sterile compounding in our new USP cleanroom, including garbing, aseptic technique, and cleaning/environmental monitoring
• Weigh, measure, and calculate accurately, and complete batch records and logs
• Label, package, and prepare orders for pickup and shipping
• Help with inventory, receiving, and keeping the lab clean and organized

✅ What We're Looking For
• Sterile and/or non-sterile compounding experience (preferred)
• National certification (CPhT) (preferred)
• Strong pharmacy math skills and a careful eye for detail
• Comfortable following written procedures and documenting every step
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

No compounding experience? We're willing to train the right person!
