🎣 FISHING THE BLUE RIVER? WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

Oklahoma State University researchers are conducting an angler survey at the Blue River Public Fishing and Hunting Area to learn more about the people who fish here and their experiences on the river.

We want to know about:
🐟 What you catch and harvest
🎣 Your fishing experience
⭐ Your satisfaction with the Blue River fishery

If you find one of our survey flyers on your vehicle, please take a few minutes to complete the paper survey and return it to the orange drop box located at the Blue River.

Your responses will help us better understand angler use of the Blue River and provide valuable information for fisheries research and management.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and helping us learn more about the Blue River fishery!

Yesterday and today we were able to install campfire rings with nice grill grates in all campsites in areas 2,3,4,5. We are going to try and install them in area 1 and the main parking lot in a couple of weeks. These were purchased with the help from the Blue River Fly Fishers donations.

Hughes crossing is still closed and will remain closed for 2-3 weeks as we are still working with heavy equipment over there.
