Herbal hour was so much fun! Tonight was a little bit of a tester- we’ll definitely be doing it again soon!

Sink in. Soften. Let the sound do the rest. ✨

Join us for Yin Yoga + Sound Bath with Teacher Sharon and sound bath maestro Ms. Peggy Renshaw of Tuned In Wellness — an hour of long, supportive Yin poses surrounded by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, gong, and sound.

Move if your body wants to move. Rest if it wants to rest. Either way, come prepared to get wonderfully, unapologetically horizontal. 🌿☺️✨

Saturday, September 19 | 2:00–3:00 PM
$33 investment

Space is limited. Pre-registration is encouraged.

Rest. Restore. Realign.
