It's Louise, your Massage Therapist. I was first board certified as an MT in 2003 and went back to school to become a Certified Athlete Trainer in 2009. I started to see better outcomes using the specific modality I currently use in my practice with my athletes. So, after almost a decade working in sports medicine, I returned to my roots and started my own business helping people with sports injuries and other orthopedic conditions. When you correct the structure, the mechanics follow. This facilitates better, recovery, balance, and performance.
