Most people would’ve been told to “wait and see” or simply “put it to sleep”.

I didn’t. 👀

This foal was born night of April 10th.
Therapy started morning of April 11th.

These photos show the progression over just ONE MONTH using only:

✨ Kinesiology taping
✨ Targeted equine massage therapy
✨ Consistent weekly bodywork

No harsh correction methods.
No forcing the body.
No invasive procedures.

Just strategic support, proper muscle activation, and helping the body function the way it was designed to.

Week after week, the change became more noticeable… and by May 9th, the transformation honestly speaks for itself. ➡️

THIS is why early intervention matters.

Foals grow and compensate incredibly fast. When imbalance and weakness are addressed early, the body has a much better opportunity to develop correctly before compensation patterns become deeply established.

So many horse owners are told:

“They might grow out of it.”
“Wait until they’re older.”
“Put it out of its misery.”

But sometimes the earlier you support the body… the better the outcome can be. 🤍

A day workin on ponies is a good day well spent😏

ONE MONTH.
One foal.
One consistent therapy plan. 👏

This foal, who we named Minga, was born April 10th, 2026 and I began kinesiology taping and massage therapy on her April 11th after a panicked phone call and no other options. This foal only had me and the skills that I have learned and been mastering since 2016. I believed in her even if no one else did because I know what these modalities have the capabilities of doing as I have done this before in 2019 with a foal who had severely bowed out front legs(I added that picture to, it has my old business name Follow your Destiny Therapy, I changed my name in 2020).

From there, I worked with this baby every weekend using targeted bodywork techniques designed to support proper alignment, muscle activation, balance, and healthy movement during early development.

Week by week, the changes speak for themselves. ➡️

No force.
No invasive correction.

Just understanding the body, supporting the muscles correctly, and allowing the foal to develop the way it was meant to.

People often wait until compensation patterns become severe before seeking help or just giving up without trying, but early intervention can make an incredible difference — especially in growing horses.

This is why I’m so passionate about equine bodywork and kinesiology taping:

A moment of pure comfort, trust, and love between two wonderful creatures
