🌿 We're Growing! 🌿

We're excited to share that Wildwood Counseling Services is expanding to Columbus, Ohio!

Over the past several years, Wildwood has grown from a small practice into a team of compassionate clinicians dedicated to increasing access to quality mental health care. Because of the support of our clients, referral partners, and community, we're excited to take this next step.

Our new Columbus location is located at:

📍 3805 North High Street, Suite 310, Columbus, OH 43214

We are now offering in-person counseling services in Columbus while continuing to serve clients at our Toledo location and through telehealth services across Ohio and Michigan.

We're especially excited for Stephanie Knotts, LSW, LICDC, who will be providing therapy services for children, teens, adults, couples, and families. Stephanie is EMDR trained, DBT certified, and offers evening and weekend availability!

Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or personal growth, we're honored to be part of your journey.

Clinician Spotlight: Abigail (Abby) McGough, LSW

Sometimes you can tell something isn’t working- but you’re not sure how to change it. Whether it’s anxiety, big emotions, relationship stress, or your child struggling to cope, it can feel overwhelming trying to figure it out on your own.

Abby works with kids (3+), teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, and life stress. She creates a space that feels comfortable, real, and easy to talk in, while still helping clients get into the deeper work that leads to meaningful change.

Her approach is down-to-earth and collaborative, using tools like EMDR and CBT to help clients process experiences, build insight, and feel more in control moving forward.

Abby offers evening availability, both in person and via telehealth.

Natalia works with children (8+), teens, and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. She creates a calm, supportive space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what they’re going through.

She especially enjoys working with clients who are balancing multiple cultures, identities, or expectations- and offers therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese to help clients feel fully comfortable expressing themselves.

Natalia provides virtual therapy for Ohio residents.
