We are a 40-bed, all private room, Long Term Acute Care Hospital providing care for medically complex patients.

After careful thought and consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close Advanced Specialty Hospital of Toledo. This decision was not made lightly, and we recognize the impact it may have on our patients, families, and community. The transition is expected to take place by May 1 2026.

We are deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in us and for the opportunity to care for you and/or your loved ones. Serving this community has been a privilege, and we remain committed to supporting you during this transition.
