Are you a women living with ADHD?! You’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out on your own.

We Still Have Spots Available – Women’s ADHD Support Group!

We would love to have you join us!

This 6-week group is designed to provide a supportive, trauma-informed space for women to better understand how ADHD shows up in their daily lives while building practical skills for managing it.

Participants will have the opportunity to:
✨ Strengthen executive functioning and coping skills
✨ Explore identity and self-understanding
✨ Connect with others in a safe, supportive environment
✨ Reduce feelings of overwhelm and isolation

🗓 **Begins:** May 28
💲 **Cost:** $25 per session (sliding scale available to reduce barriers to care)
🎁 Participants who attend all 6 sessions will receive a $25 gift card

March is National Social Work month!
I have never questioned my decision to enter this field to become a therapist. It is often challenging and difficult work but also deeply rewarding and meaningful. I am so proud of my profession, my fellow social workers and mental health colleagues, and all of the people I see whom amaze me each and everyday! 🥰
