Kaleigh has been working hard to develop this program with the goal of creating happier, more engaged tenants who have a voice and an active role in their home here at Birkwood.
The program gives tenants opportunities to share their ideas and have a say in areas that directly impact their daily lives, including activity programming, food choices, and even participating on employee hiring panels.
Kaleigh is very passionate about advocating for our tenants and making sure they feel heard, valued, and involved in their community. She truly believes that Birkwood is their home, and this program is a great way to give them a stronger voice in shaping that home.
