We are aware of the information circulating in the community right now, and we want to be very transparent.
We are not closing. We are still operating, and we remain a certified recovery housing residence.
With the recent changes and increased oversight happening across Ohio, we are working diligently to ensure we continue meeting the expectations, most importantly, taking care of the people who have trusted us with their recovery.
Our team is working individually with every single resident to make sure they have a plan. For some, that means continuing to build the foundation needed to meet these expectations. For others, it may mean helping coordinate a transition to another program that can provide the additional support they need.
What it does not mean is that people are simply being pushed out without a plan, we don’t operate like that. It’s simply untrue. Buildings are being consolidated due to the current need and no one is being asked to leave by Sunday.
We also understand that change brings fear, sadness, anxiety and a lot of questions. Those emotions are real, and our staff is walking alongside our residents through them while helping each person determine what comes next.
We encourage everyone to be cautious about information being shared without the full context. There is a lot being said right now, but our focus remains exactly where it belongs: on our residents, their safety and their continued recovery.
We are not going anywhere. We will continue adapting, remaining compliant and doing everything we can to give the people we serve a solid foundation to continue growing in their recovery.
If you have questions, please send us a message. We are happy to answer them and provide accurate information directly. 🖤
