The University of Toledo offers a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology. Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic
Serving over 100 clients per semester, the University of Toledo Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic is a practicum experience for the Graduate Students and advanced Undergraduates of the Speech-Language Pathology Program. We perform Di

agnostic Evaluations for Speech Disorders and provide Speech Therapy Services. We also perform Hearing Screenings. The Clinic is also home to the DaZy Aphasia Group and LOUD Crowd group for patients with Parkinson's Disease. Please call the Clinic at (419) 530-4339 for more information.

Throughout her decades of service, Lori has been a passionate advocate for families pursuing listening and spoken language, mentoring future professionals while helping countless children and families develop communication, literacy, and listening skills that transformed their futures.
Her work in hearing health, aural rehabilitation, and community outreach — including innovative programs and collaborations focused on hearing access and education — has left a lasting impact both locally and internationally through her work with HearAide. 2026 Research Symposium - Part 1

At the end of the Master's program, each Speech-Language Pathology Graduate student presents a research project at the Master's Project Symposium. The students select the research topic and begin research in their first year of grad school.

35 grad students presented their work during the 6th Annual Master's Project Symposium on April 29, 2026. The Symposium consisted of three Oral Presentation Sessions and three Poster Presentation Sessions. All of the presentations were well researched and presented. We are so proud of all the students for their hard work and professionalism.

The Symposium started at 9:15 am with a coffee and juice bar and went until 4:00 pm. Lunch from Olive Garden was provided.
