Whether the source of your pain is your back (including herniated disc problems), neck, sciatica, arthritis, cancer, or other sites, The Center for Comprehensive Pain Management is devoted to providing pain relief. First, we listen to you to better understand your symptoms. Next, in consultation with your current physician, our pain management specialists will review your medical history and provide further diagnostic tests as necessary. We then proceed with a treatment plan individualized to your specific needs. The Center for Comprehensive Pain Management offers the services of several experienced Anesthesiologists, Pain Management Specialists and Therapists. Each bring a unique knowledge of procedural techniques, pharmacology and physiology to provide the interventional pain management program appropriate for each patient. In addition, a Clinical Psychologist and Physical Therapy are available for support as needed.

💙 Please join us in welcoming Hussein Elhusseini Abdelghany, MD, to Comprehensive Centers for Pain Management!

We are excited to introduce Dr. Abdelghany, a board-certified neurologist with advanced fellowship training in interventional pain management.

Dr. Abdelghany completed his neurology residency at the University of Miami / Jackson Health System, followed by an Interventional Pain Medicine Fellowship at the University of Illinois Chicago.

His unique background combines expertise in neurological conditions with advanced, minimally invasive approaches to treating chronic pain.

His clinical experience and procedural training include:

🔹 Spinal cord stimulation and peripheral nerve stimulation

🔹 Epidural steroid injections and nerve blocks

🔹 Radiofrequency ablation

🔹 Joint injections and spine procedures

🔹 Comprehensive management of chronic pain and neurological conditions

Beyond his clinical training, Dr. Abdelghany has contributed to published medical research involving Parkinson’s disease and other neurological disorders.

His approach to patient care focuses on identifying the source of pain, developing individualized treatment plans, and helping patients regain function and improve their quality of life.
