When people ask why bringing the LivFree Yoga Teacher Training to Be Love Yoga means so much to me… this is why. 🩷✨

My teacher training changed my life in ways I never expected.

Yes, it taught me yoga. It taught me how to teach. It gave me knowledge, tools, and confidence in front of a room.

But what it really gave me was me.

It was the first place where I truly started to believe in myself. Where I found confidence, discovered my self-worth, and realized I was capable of creating a life that felt meaningful and successful.

That transformation is what I carry with me every time I step into the studio.

This training isn’t just about learning poses or becoming a yoga teacher. It’s about learning who you are, finding your voice, and realizing you’re capable of so much more than you think.

I’m beyond grateful that I get to bring this experience to Be Love Yoga and create a space where others can discover that same transformation.

If even one person walks away feeling the way I did after my training… it will all be worth it. 🤍
