Spring is here finally!The best for hiking and flower gazing. Keep an eye out for natures healers on your waking paths in LA. It’s filled with mustard and fennel. Usually the herbs that grow naturally in your neighborhoods mean it’s what your body needs to survive. We must really need some warm herbs to generate the lower burner and help digest our food. Fennel is a natural digestive! These purple flowers are not to be ingested but just so pretty.
