I saw a post that asked Christians to pray for them and their needs.

If a person doesn't identify as Christian, yet still prays and believes in the power of prayer, does this person still pray for this person, even if it's specific to the Christian prayers only?

Suppression.... This is a loaded word. Suppression... Comes in many shapes and sizes.
Suppression.... Will cause us to feel, believe, think,and suffer in ways that cause us to feel extremely uncomfortable.
It's time we move past suppression.

It's time we tap into safe places to be heard, seen, held and receive compassion!

Forgiveness does not always reopen the door. Sometimes it unlocks the cage.

I see you — the ones who were told forgiveness meant letting them back in, pretending the harm didn’t happen, rushing toward reconciliation before safety ever existed.

Forgiveness is often misunderstood as excusing harm or restoring access. It can also be the slow release of bitterness from the body and spirit. Underneath the opposite lives betrayal, grief, anger, and pressure to reconcile before it’s safe.

Today, ask: what would release look like if I did not have to pretend the harm was okay?

Practice: “Today, I can release one layer of bitterness without betraying myself.”

We can honor healing, boundaries, grief, and release — all at the same time.

Unity is not everyone becoming the same. It is everyone being treated as sacred.

I see you — tired of spaces that only feel safe when everyone agrees, believes, or heals the same way.

Unity does not require sameness. It requires shared dignity. Underneath the fear of difference often lives group identity wounds, control, exclusion, insecurity — old places where being different once meant being unsafe.

Today, notice what difference in others feels threatening to you, and why. Practice belonging without requiring uniformity.

Practice: “Today, I can make room for difference without losing myself.”
