Women have lost an advocate in Dolly Parton. Humans have lost a humanitarian. The music world has lost a songbird. So sad. May she rest in peace

Cases are rising…you can test, but rather than doing 3 separate samples, I’d treat based on symptoms.

A tough, sticky parasite, physical removal with friction and running water is the best removal method.

I always recommend soaking fruits and vegetables in baking soda and vinegar for 10 minutes. 1 cup vinegar to 2 cups water and 1 tsp, baking soda for each cup of water.

However, this won’t kill the parasite.
Scrub firm skinned fruits and vegetables with a produce brush and rinse vigorously. Consider buying frozen berries as they are harder to clean and trap parasites.
Keep all cut, peeled or washed produce refrigerated at or below 40 degrees within 2 hours of preparing.
Stay well!!!

Two hours of resistance training per week decreased cardiovascular disease in women by 20%. There was a 5% decreased risk for major CVD associated with each 1-hour increment of resistance training per week .
This is a no brainer, ladies!!!! You don't have to work out every day. You can do this at home as well.

Consistent resistance training in women is associated with a substantially reduced risk for major cardiovascular disease (CVD).
