Just finished a Access Bars class with Brian Stovall and Shara Narayan at Living Holistic today. What an awesome and easy modality to add to my practice. No pictures because I was busy learning! More to come!

Hey, y’all! I’m Virginia:) Like my fellow complex humans, I am a lot of things… but, for the purpose of this particular “spotlight Introduction…” I am an artist and a writer.
One of my favorite ways to express myself is visually, through my clothes and jewelry.

I love how these Gatherings focus on/highlight/nurture the chord of connection within our collective.
Clothes literally use threads(aka chords;) to connect cloth and provide the necessity of coverage…But/and they also hold so much energy and tell so many stories.

MY intention is to REintroduce/bring another element of taking care of our community-by sharing our resources and contributing to sustainable conscious consumerism…
