Love seeing happy endings like this! Any family of a child OR adult with communication and/or cognitive challenges can register for free to help authorities bring them home safely in the event they are lost.

The Harris County Sheriff’s Department provides a similar program called “Project Guardian” the link to register is : https://apps.harriscountyso.org/Guardian/HCSO_LoginForm.aspx

The link to register for the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Department’s Take Me Home program is:

Quick thinking and one phone call set in motion a chain of events that reunited a family and highlighted a program more Fort Bend County families need to know about.
