There’s a moment, when something in you goes still and clear. You become aware of how much this practice has given you, and a quiet voice starts asking what it might mean to give some of that back.

That’s the calling we’re speaking to.

The Living Path is small by design, a circle intimate enough to actually know one another, to sit across from the same faces and to be witnessed as you find your voice as a teacher and a student both.

We’re filling this circle slowly and with care. Once it’s full, the door closes until the next one opens.

Early bird pricing of $3,300 is open for the first people who join the training. All pricing details are on our website ✨ the link is in our bio. 🤍
If you’ve been feeling this pull, the path is waiting for you there too.

There’s a line early in the yoga sutras that quietly explains everything about why we’re still here 🤍

Patanjali says practice takes root when it’s given a long time, an unbroken thread, and genuine care - dīrghakāla, nairantarya, satkāra. Three conditions, written down somewhere around two thousand years ago, and still the whole instruction for a lifetime of yoga.

The word for the returning is abhyāsa. showing up on the mornings when it flows and the mornings when it doesn’t, and letting both of them be the practice.
And then there’s the shape of it - eight limbs, with the poses sitting third, the ones that follow are the breath tended on purpose, the senses turning inward, attention gathered and then attention that stays, and finally absorption, where the practice and the one practicing stop being two separate things.

Here’s the part we love, none of that is reserved for the students who’ve been at it longest. The sutra doesn’t measure your years. it asks about the care you bring - satkāra, reverence, the quality of attention you carry into the room, that’s available to you on your very first practice and on your ten thousandth.

Some seasons it’s the floor before sunrise. some seasons it’s the breath you take before you answer someone. all of it counts. all of it is yoga.
We’ve been here a while. we plan to be here a lot longer.
What year of your practice are you in? tell us below we love knowing 🤍

Most people come to yoga looking for something.

A stronger body.
Less stress.
A place to breathe.

And those are beautiful reasons to begin.

But somewhere along the way, yoga quietly asks a different question.

How do you want to live?

The poses were never meant to be the destination. They are simply one doorway.

In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali reminds us that yoga is about quieting the fluctuations of the mind. Not eliminating life’s challenges, but changing our relationship with them.

What if your practice wasn’t measured by how deep your backbend is, but by how patient you are when life doesn’t go your way?

What if balance wasn’t standing on one foot, but finding steadiness in the middle of uncertainty?

What if flexibility wasn’t in your hamstrings, but in your ability to soften, forgive, and begin again?

This is where yoga leaves the mat.

The yamas teach us how we meet the world. The niyamas teach us how we meet ourselves. Breath becomes presence. Movement becomes awareness. Practice becomes a way of living.

As teachers, we don’t simply guide postures. We hold space for people to remember who they are beneath the noise.

That is the heart of teaching.

If you’ve ever felt that yoga is offering you something more than exercise, you’re probably right.

Maybe you’re not just ready to deepen your practice.
Maybe you’re ready to deepen your life.

Our Living Path Teacher Training begins with movement, but it is rooted in philosophy, self-inquiry, community, and the quiet unfolding of becoming.

Yoga is older than any of us. It was given as a path, a way to quiet the noise of the mind so a person could see clearly, and in seeing clearly, come home to what they actually are. Union. That’s what the word means. The ending of the separation we feel from each other and from ourselves.

The postures came along the way. They were never the whole of it.

Every teacher receives this through someone. A lineage, a particular room, a particular voice that said the thing you needed to hear in the year you needed to hear it. We carry what was given to us, and we carry it faithfully.
And still, no two teachers offer it the same way. The lineage is the river. What moves through you is yours, your own light, your own history, the specific tenderness you developed by living your own life. That is not a departure from the tradition. That is how the tradition stays alive.
This is the dharma of it. Not a career, not a schedule of classes. A way of being useful to the world with whatever you were given.

Because the practice was never meant to end on the mat. It was meant to follow you home. Into how you speak to the person who cut you off in traffic. Into what you do with your anger. Into how quickly you forgive, how honestly you grieve, how much room you can make for someone who is difficult to love.

We teach because the world is asking for more compassionate people, and we were handed the tools to become some.

If you teach, or if you’ve felt this practice change something in you that had nothing to do with your body tell us. We’d love to hear it 🤍

Monteverde felt like coming home.
There was a gentle, feminine energy woven through the cloud forest that welcomed us the moment we arrived. Together with an incredible group of humans, and alongside the beautiful souls who care for the finca, we journeyed through the elements.
We rooted into the earth. We sweated and remembered in the temezcal. We hiked deep into the forest to waterfalls that took our breath away, and shared the gift of breath beneath the open sky.
Through yoga, ceremony, and connection with the elements, grounding with the Earth, flowing with the Water, igniting the Fire of transformation, breathing with the Air of possibility, remembering the Spirit that connects us all,a group of individuals from different places and stories became a community. Laughter, vulnerability, healing, belonging, all woven together.

We explored what it means to be bridges. Between cultures. Between ancient wisdom and modern life. Between the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual parts of ourselves.
The retreat has ended, but the threads we created continue to weave outward. Through it all, one thread remained constant: love. A quiet, enduring connection that reminds us we are never walking this path alone.

Our hearts came home so full 🤍

There comes a moment on the path when Reiki is no longer something we practice, but something we become.

This September, we gather at Golden Hill Retreat Center for a weekend immersion into the deeper mysteries of Reiki - Level 3 Master Attunements, Master Teacher training, and the sacred work of stewarding this lineage forward.

Beyond technique lies transmission. Beyond knowledge lies embodiment. Beyond healing lies stewardship.

This is an invitation for practitioners who feel called to teach with integrity, carry the lineage with reverence, and deepen their own relationship with Reiki as a living current, a mystery that continues to reveal itself.

📍 Golden Hill Retreat Center | Cold Spring, TX
🗓️ September 4–6, 2026
