Breastfeeding Support Is Closer Than You Think!

Whether you're expecting, just welcomed your baby, or are navigating your breastfeeding journey, you do not have to do it alone. Our community has wonderful lactation professionals and support resources ready to help with feeding questions, latch concerns, milk supply, pumping, returning to work, and more.

A reminder to all parents: Asking for help is a sign of strength, not failure. Every feeding journey looks different, and support is available every step of the way. Please share this post so families in our community know where to turn for breastfeeding support!

Calling all expecting and breastfeeding moms! Join us tomorrow for our monthly Breastfeeding Support Group from 1:00–2:00 PM at the Health Department.

This welcoming, supportive group is a great place to ask questions, participate in weighed feedings, and connect with other moms who are breastfeeding or preparing for their breastfeeding journey. Babies and partners are welcome, and no registration is required.

We’d love to see you there!
