The power of physical therapy in minutes. A classic shoulder derangement exposed and reduced! It’s amazing when a PT becomes Certified in McKenzie (Cert MDT) and listens to their patient and then delivers exceptional quick results treatment. This happened over 12 minutes in real time of day one! We love what we do!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Karen 🌟

We’re excited to shine the spotlight on Karen, who has been a part of the Hands On Physical Therapy family for 15+ years (and counting!) 👏
Karen is our TMJ specialist, and her passion for this area of care comes from personal experience. After dealing with TMJ dysfunction and chronic migraines herself, she was inspired to help others find relief and get back to living pain-free. Treating the neck and jaw is her favorite area to work on, and one of the most rewarding parts of her job is hearing patients say they can eat again without pain — something that truly never gets old.
When she’s not helping patients feel their best, Karen enjoys dancing, hiking, spending time outdoors, and making memories with her family and grandchildren.
We are so grateful for Karen’s dedication, compassion, and expertise — Hands On wouldn’t be the same without her! 💙
