Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center provides sub-acute care to help your loved ones get back to independent living while remaining in a supportive and caring environment. Physical, occupational and speech therapy are offered in our state of the art rehabilitation center. Rose Garden Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is committed to providing the resident with the dignity and self-respect they deserve.

A fantastic Caribbean Day!! 🌺🌴🍹 Residents, staff and guests had a great time enjoying a special lunch of Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Coconut Shrimp. Smokey Starr had the whole party dancing the afternoon away! The celebration included tasty drinks from the Tiki Bar, limbo games and photo booths! 🌺
