Simply Stretch is at Dream Park for the EPRHA Reining Show!

There’s something pretty special about being around horses and the people who love them. I truly love what I get to do—helping riders feel better in their bodies so they can do what they love with their horses.

And today I’m excited to introduce something new to my show setup—the Rapid Release vibration therapy tool! 🙌

It’s a great addition to a stretch session and another way to help the body release tension and feel more relaxed after those long days in the saddle.

I’m looking forward to meeting riders, watching some beautiful horses, and being part of the show today!

A month ago, I had the incredible honor and privilege of serving as a stretch therapist at a women’s wellness retreat in Broken Bow, Oklahoma.

It was my first time visiting Oklahoma, and my sweet sister in Christ, who led the retreat, picked me up in Oklahoma City and gave me the grand tour. During our drive to Broken Bow, we shared some of the best conversations about life, love, faith, and God’s goodness.

Over the next few days, I met some of the most amazing women. Their stories touched my heart deeply. It was such a blessing to serve them, help them find relief in their bodies, and witness the restoration that happens when women are given space to rest, heal, and reconnect—with themselves, with one another, and with the Lord.

We laughed. We cried. We worshipped. We prayed. We shared pieces of our journeys and encouraged one another along the way.

Then I came home, and life got busy. Somehow, I never shared this experience. But as I looked back through these photos, I was reminded of what a gift that weekend truly was.

Thank you, Kody, Emily, and Sharla , for inviting me to be part of such a beautiful retreat. I am grateful for each woman I met and for the opportunity to use the gifts God has given me to serve others.

Sometimes the most meaningful moments don’t make it to social media right away—but they stay in your heart forever. ❤️

I have chosen to close the Toms River office and it was a bittersweet moment packing things up.

There are a lot of reasons behind the decision, but more than anything I’m grateful — for the opportunity, for every client who trusted me with their care, and for the relationships built along the way.

To the clients who are continuing the journey with me in Manahawkin… thank you. Your support means more than you know.

Sometimes God gently redirects our path, even when it’s hard to understand in the moment. I’m choosing to trust where He’s leading next. ✨

This chapter may be closing, but a new one is beginning.

Headed to Oklahoma for a retreat this weekend and feeling incredibly grateful. ✈️🤍

I never imagined Fascial Stretch Therapy would become part of my calling, and I’m humbled by the opportunities God continues to place in front of me to help others move and feel better in their bodies.

Excited to share, connect, and see all that God has in store this weekend.

On Wednesday I had the pleasure of talking to the students at OCVTS who are in the Health and Fitness classes. The students were happy to learn about fascia stretch therapy, they asked a lot of questions and even participated in sample stretches. Thank you OCVTS for having me!
