Services Provided:
-Care supervised by an interdisciplinary team including a physician, registered nurse, clinical social work, spiritual counselor, home health aide and compassionate volunteers
-24 hou

r/7 day week availability of medical professionals
-Expert pain management
-Nutritional counseling, physical, occupational, and speech therapies
-Holistic alternative therapies such as Reiki, Therapeutic Massage, Visualization, Aromatherapy, Pet Therapy, Sound Therapy, Yoga, exercise, and meditation
-Family bereavement counseling for up to 13 months following passing
-Medications, equipment and supplies related to the terminal illness

Area Coverage:
-New Jersey: Ocean and Monmouth Counties
-Pennsylvania: Chester, Philadelphia, Lower Bucks, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties

In honor of National Volunteer Appreciation Week, Holisticare Hospice hosted our “Brewing Gratitude” gatherings at Matines Café, an authentic French Café, to celebrate the compassionate hearts of our hospice volunteers. Over coffee, pastries, and meaningful conversation, we honored the kindness, comfort, and connection they bring to our patients and families each day. Volunteers were gifted an appreciation coaster and beautiful teaspoon to remember our special time together at the café.

We are so grateful for the time, dedication, and love our volunteers share with our hospice community. 🧡
